  • I have been coming here for over 5 years now and have never had any issues nor complaints until today. It seems that something has changed over the past months and the service that my dogs are now receiving is less than ok. My dogs haircut today was so completely terrible.....I told them to cut like normal and even specified a TRIM on ears, and they cut my dogs ears all the way to where his actual ear ends. I lifted my dog up and told them a TRIM on tail but specially asked not to cut too much off! His tail is butchered and looks like a rat tail! I will never bring my dogs here ever again! I am completely embarrassed by the hair cut and think my 10 year old son could have done a better job! Just a warning to anyone looking for a place to bring your pets- there is obviously new staff that have no training!
