| - My fiancee and I live down the street from this place, and we would always come here when it was "Pho Annie". Dined here a week ago, (now "Pho Aimie"), and the food was disgusting.
Service was great, always refilled our waters and were very attentive, but for whatever reason, the pho was very lackluster. I drowned my soup in soy sauce and hoisen to try to get some kind of flavor, and it did nothing. The "vegetables" in my vegetable pho consisted of 95% broccoli, 2 pieces of bok choy, 1 carrot slice, 2 slices of tofu, and although I requested extra onion, barely any onion. The broth was downright gross for both of us. (I had vegetable broth, he had beef broth) Whomever the new owners are, you need to step up your game. A lot. We are currently looking for a new pho spot. Likely won't return.
