  • The service in this hotel was beyond bad. There was a terrible casino boss named Bob that should not only be fired but thrown out of any service industry with a lifetime ban. I get that this is an old hotel in the downtown area but the owners should take a look at this place and trim the fat(Bob). Take some pride or just demolish the place already and turn it into a parking lot for Fremont street. And if I didn't make my point yet. FIRE BOB!!!
