  • We are regulars at Chilis, especially this location. It's pretty much hit or miss with service. Tonight was a miss. It didn't seem too busy, we came in at 8:45pm on a Saturday night. We sat for a while before being approached. A server came by just to tell us that someone would be with us shortly, ok at least done acknowledgement. A few minutes later the same server came by to tell us the exact same thing. Ok....finally our server came, she was pleasant but we didn't see her pretty much the rest of the time. No refills, no check up no check! Luckily Chilis has that automated check out system on the table. We always love the food and especially the Platinum Presidente Margarita, delish! Just wish the service was as consistent as the food. Can't go without the Queso dip either, I swear I crave that stuff on the daily!
