  • Had a terrible experience with an extremely rude young man working the counter handing out shoes. At first he just ignored us while reading a magazine and eating, then when I was coming from the bar the door swung and hit me, spilling a small amount of my beer on the floor, of which I asked for a towel to clean up, however he was rude and told me to "just go, but maybe you should slow down". At the end of the night, he was walking down the lanes grabbing drinks and trash clearing off tables, my girlfriend bowled one last ball when the lights came on (EVERYONE finished their turn, not only her) and he came up to her and screamed in her face, saying "now I'm going to have to F'ng go back there and clean that up!", and what's worse is the female rent-a-cop behind him was smiling, as if she wanted people to start a problem so she could feel empowered by using that 'government issued' taser on her hip. We called the manager, who said "I'm sure your exaggerating the situation, one of my employees would never use foul language to a customer". I will never be returning to Arsenal Bowling Lanes!
