  • Four stars because the brisket was decent. I will come back but beware this is not North Carolina style barbecue... pork is pulled not chopped. At least everything is smoked which is a cut above most charlotte BBQ fare. Banana pudding is definitely substandard by Carolina standards. Collard greens and baked beans were great on the side.
