  • Great apartment, the office staff is so kind and helpful. Never needed any repairs done, everything was kept clean in the community. We enjoyed going down to the pool in the hot summer. We moved out because our rent was increasing a few hundred dollars and we no longer needed a 2 bd 2 bath so we downsized. After move-out they only kept $25 of our security deposit which we were very happy about. Only negative is that parking became an issue at the end of our lease as all the apartments were occupied so you would have to make several laps and then be forced to park under a 'paid' carport which could result in being towed.
