  • not really sure what more someone would want from that company that replaces every window in your home; 1. good website, impressive Yelp reviews, friendly staff 2. knowledgable, hard working salesperson 3. solid product line, representing many quality manufacturers & styles 4. good communication amongst staff 5. on-time arrival for initial, measurement, and installation appointments 6. polite, friendly installation crew 7. impressive prep, removal, install, clean-up, review/walk-thru process 8. competitively priced I have a few contractor friends who are uber-critical about everything they see when it comes to home improvement contractors. They find fault in everything. Yet, they both were impressed with how tight the job looks, and the beauty of the windows. More importantly, I am too. Great job, K&J. Count me in as an ambassador for your company.
