I come in for donut day. I ask for a dozen donuts. My cashier, Laura rings me up. I then begin my order which donuts I would like. First, I ask for 4 chocolate long johns. She informs me that those donuts are not included in the dozen. I didn't really understand why they wouldn't be included with the dozen, I said fine, just charge me separately. I went on with my order, she filled my box with my 12 donuts. Then she goes back to charge me for the long John donuts but over charges me for 6 long johns when I only got 4 long John. Of course, she had to call a manager to do the refund. Manager comes out from the back of the store who was extremely rude. Did not offer an apology, and when I expressed how displeased I was with the customer service, the manager literally rolls his eyes at me. I wish I would have gotten his name.
