  • I've been bringing my Sonata Hybrid here for oil changes and basic service for several years. Always courteous and professional. Had to bring it in for a hybrid system issue on Saturday 8/19/17 at noon. I was called that it was ready on Friday morning 8/25/17. It took them until Tuesday afternoon to look at it and diagnose the problem. That's when they provided a "loaner vehicle". It needed two belts replaced. I'm told it took 3 hours to get the parts from across town. They had the car an extra day simply because the service advisor took a day off (not his fault) and no one backed him to call me that my car was ready. This was a real shit-show from the word go. Horrible service and $466 for two belts!!!!! I'm going to try Hyundai of West Sahara next time.
