  • Customer service at this dealer is next to nonexistent. This was the second and last time I will ever go to this dealership. Last year went to pickup parts for my jeep, when I got there they were "misplaced," and they would call when they located them. 2 days later finally went to another dealer. Stopped by today, needed some more parts and was on the way. At 3pm on a Saturday they only had one person working the parts counter with 3 people in line. After waiting 20 minutes finally gave up. No one there seemed to have any sense of urgency on assisting the customers, as several walked by without a second look.
