Please go somewhere else. I visited the salon recently for a no chip manicure. Traditionally, no chip manicures last 2+ weeks. By day 2, half of my thumb peeled and the rest of my nails were chipping like crazy. I called the salon on a Friday to ask if they could fix it. The woman who answered said they were closing and to come back Tuesday. (Since Monday was Memorial Day) I let her know that I was here from out of town and was leaving on Saturday.
Since she was not able to fix it, I asked her if she could refund a PARTIAL of the total. (I even said as little as $10. The manicure was $30, not including tax and the very generous tip I gave). She said absolutely not. They don't do refunds and "anyone who wants to do business here need to understand". Completely unacceptable customer service. I will not return.
The person who did my nails was a young, 19 year old girl who did a subpar job (clearly). She was very nice but the quality of work I received was the worst I've ever received from anywhere.
