  • I will not be going back. There are so many reasons why I dislike this place but I'll keep it short and simple and not get too personal. First, the wait time is ridiculous! Expect to wait AT LEAST an hour before they even take you back to a room and then be prepared to wait another 30 mins just sitting there in the robe/towel. My appointment was at 8am and I literally didn't see the RN until 9:45. Second, they rush through the appointments so fast. I was waiting almost two hours for my appointment and she was maybe in the room for 3-5 minutes and didn't even want to hear what I had to say. Third, I have seen Wendy, Dr. Brodkin and Ana and they all rushed through the appointment and are all unfriendly. Wendy was the worse! All three of them really need to work on their bedside manner. It's an uncomfortable and awkward appointment to begin with but they could care less about how you are doing and it was actually painful the last time because Wendy was so rushed. All in all, I gave them three tries hoping that it was just them having a bad day or something, but it's not. I would not recommend this practice unless something seriously changes!
