  • Put me down as another person who thinks Chas Roberts' service is awful. They put in the AC/heater in our brand new house that we moved into 12/15. First few days the system pumped nothing but cold air into the house. After 3 or 4 visits they determined they had wired our system backwards, it was cooling when it should be heating. Now its summer time. We have a few rooms that are hotter than the others. I call and ask for warranty work. I get told that they are a week out. Now my thermostat just emailed and told me it has been asking the AC unit to pump in cold air for 4 hours and yet the temperature has risen 3 degrees. I wonder how much this mistake of theirs is going to cost me. Reading these reviews my guess is they aggressively bid to install new units thinking people will continue using them. Do yourself and your family a favor, never use Chas Roberts.
