Definitely more French than Cuban. The lunch menu looked to have more Cuban to it but we were there for dinner.
Small and cozy place with a cool look and vibe. We were seated in the back room which was comfortable. We had to wait 20 mins for our table but at least they compensated us with some bubbly.
My wife and I shared the mushroom tart for appetizer which was tasty. It came with some greens so didn't feel guilty for not ordering a salad. I had the lamb shank which was fall-off-the-bone delicious. My wife had the steak frites which was great looking and tasty. Our dinner mates all enjoyed their food too (can't remember what they all ordered). The donuts for dessert were basically fresh and warm timbits - very tasty. Our friends had the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies which were also great.
Decent wine list.
Service ended up being very friendly and efficient. Can see us going back again.
