  • i went to century iii [my home] yesterday. i had seen an advertisement for a carnival happening there and i was very curious... since century iii has not updated their website or any social networking sites, i don't know how they got the word out that the carnival was postponed. but someone there told me and i was bummed. she said it's postponed until fall which... i'll believe it when i see it, but hey yinz should look into it and consider going! it's strange how moonbeam is not communicating with anyone. the employee at hot topic told me she just transferred there a week ago, and has not heard anything about the mall closing. they are getting ready to film an episode of the TV show "gone." they had more of the mall than usual blocked off and were decorating it for xmas. would be cool to see it! saw more people than i expected, walking around and sitting on benches doing their thing. it was nice. also, the comic book store was PACKED. didn't go in myself, but i saw like 50 people in there playing tabletop games. most of the escalators were running, the elevator was running, the carousel was running. i spent a few hours there and used the bathrooms on both floors, they were very clean. maybe maintenance doesn't have much to do so they repaint the bathrooms every few days?
