  • I'm a fan of traditional, high-quality omakase nigiri. My review is geared towards like-minded diners. I had the nigiri omakase which comes with an amuse-bouche and hand roll. It's actually a great value relative to high-end omakase in other major cities, but that did not factor into my rating. The nigiri tasted great, lots of umami in quite a few pieces. The fish was aesthetically well cut, and a. Seaweed on the hand roll was crispy and smokey. Bonus points for providing a yubifuki (small finger-cloth used to clean your fingers between nigiri).
