  • Friendly, efficient, honest, and the best of all, you get an actual appointment time, instead of a 3 hour window!! I called for repair on a clogged kitchen sink, and they first explained how I could fix it myself. (Can you say honest?) Because I am mechanically challenged and tool deficient, I scheduled them to come do the repair. They gave me an appointment within 24 hours, and the next day called twice to offer earlier appointments. Super nice. I will only call them in the future for my plumbing needs!
