First off, if youre having an emergency dont go to any quick care because they do not prioritze which is understandable because theyre not an ER. Got here at 0800 at open and left 1030. Thats with 2 people ahead of me. So you can imagine if there were more people ahead of me. Now you can see that as a good thing or bad. Good because docs are not rushing their patients. Theyre getting down to the dirty details WHY you paid a visit. Bad because if youre feeling horrible, an hour feels like eternity. NOTHING is ever good when youre sick so that just goes hand in hand.
Staff was great and friendly and answered all questions. Doc was good too. She took her time. She didnt make you feel like she was in a rush or about to see another patient. My symptoms were everywhere and hard to pinpoint what to do about it so she really asked more questions and did her usual assessment. Got my ears drained and i always love that haha.
Overall, she prescribed me meds and even asked when i would like to return to work and see if that was okay with my diagnosis. Then she gave more medical advice. I wouldnt mind coming back if i needed urgent care.
