I can't even give a rating for this company as every time I have to deal with them they upset me so and I end up talking to manager or owner. My mom was assigned to them when leaving the hospital I believe in 2006. Had to put in something but I don't think they even deserve a 1. Do yourself a favor and check with your Dr.'s office and check out the company's first. You will be happier in the long run. I won't bore you with all the stories I can tell, but the last replacement machine needed replaced 3 times as each one was bad. And don't forget you have to give up a full day waiting on delivery.
I contacted our Pulmonary Dr. office requesting help finding a new company. Got one that I hope is better. Medone picked up their machine yesterday 2/2/18. I was told I would get a call with arrival time beginning after 1:00PM. I expected an afternoon pick up. Guy called and said he would be here in 5 minutes. It was 6:50PM when he arrived. Then he wasn't going to give me anything showing oxygen machine was picked up so I took his delivery order. Wasted a whole day!! They don't have a clue what customer service means.
