  • The first time I came here I came in between meal times around 3pm during which they have limited menu. I ended up sitting at the bar and having a kale caesar salad and a beer. I enjoyed the salad a lot and figured I'd find the time to give them another try. So a few weeks later I came with my girlfriend and I'm super happy I did. The waiter we had was awesome and very friendly. He was also quite boisterous and even cheered some of our dining options. I had the scallops with cauliflower purée which were heavenly. The scallops were nice and flaky and moist. The cauliflower purée made me want to try my hand at something similar at home. I also got a side of the mac'n cheese. I consider myself a connoisseur of grilled cheese sandwiches and mac'n cheese, so believe me when I say it was good. It wasn't amazing, but the texture and sharp flavor of the cheese went well with the veggies. To wash it all down, I had a cocktail with cucumber soda. It really hit the spot and went well with the meal. Finally what great meal couldn't benefit from a little dessert. I got the salted caramel ice cream with was quite salty and delicious. I liked it a lot, but I have had better. The total tab was a bit pricey, but when the food is that good it's worth it.
