rev:text	Not impressed for the following reasons: Showed up 20 mins late, was supposed to be here from 12-2pm. Arrived around 1220pm. They advised it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete, it took 4 hours. They finished around 430pm. I feel like they rushed doing the last half of the tile because I pressure on them since I had to leave to be somewhere by 5pm. I found 2-3 decent sized puddles of water all throughout the tile areas that I had to wipe up. They did not wear any type of carpet protection over their shoes until the last hour they were there. The woman stepped outside multiple times to either smoke a cigarette, or even one time her "boyfriend" came by my house out front so she could "give him money". At one point the woman went outside to smoke and was on the phone with someone for about 15 minutes, while she had plastic carpet protectors over her shoes - which defeats the purpose of wearing them if you're going to wear them outside and track dirt into the house. The guy that was there would frequently bang the equipment around sometimes hitting my walls. The guy watched my tv too much downstairs probably for a combined 15 minutes so I ended up shutting off all the tv's so they get to work. Time was already of the essence. The total cost was around $400 all said and done for a 1600 sq ft home and half of it is carpet, other half was tile. The cleaning job itself was decent but it took way longer than I was told. The price was competitive to the rates I called around and got but the job wasn't that great. The guys name I think was Ray and he woman was Noelle. Both smelled like cigarettes. There are large dirty water spots all over my tile, I had to mop once they left and clean it up. What is the point of getting your house professionally cleaned if they do a half-assed job? Would not use again. Lack of professionalism, lackluster job, recklessness, took too many breaks, had some guy come to my house to meet one of them to I quote the woman, the timelines were not met, they rushed the last hour which led to multiple water puddles, etc. It certainly was not "Zee Best" carpet cleaning.
