  • I had my haircut Tuesday, June 30, 2015 by Brianna Williams. I received the worst haircut, Brianna butchered my hair. She did not take her time to cut my hair properly, instead rushed the cutting process to15 minutes. Brianna gave me a Style5 worthy haircut. Brianna did not follow my request and suggestion on how I wanted my hair cut. It's unfortunate because I expected a better quality from a high-end salon. On the 9037 Salon website, Brianna stated on her profile that she cares about her clients when it comes to cutting hair, that's a lie. Brianna Williams does not have the expertise and the educational tools to cut men's hair, and should not be charging an obscene fee for her mediocre service. The client (myself) will be the one who has to look in the mirror with a horrible haircut for the next 4 weeks till it grows out. Dissappointing!!!!!
