  • Before last week, the only time I have needed to take my car into Meineke was for oil changes. I have a Scion tC so a very reliable car, albeit, it does have just over 100k miles on it. On my way home from work last week while on the interstate, my car started to feel like it was slowing down and the steering wheel was vibrating and shaking. Well, didn't take a genius to figure out I should pull over. I was able to make it to a gas station and call my roadside assistance and wait for a tow. I had them tow it to this Meineke as I had always had great customer service and car care before. No different this time around! They sent me updates via text after beginning the diagnostic and then I got a call from a tech who explained what they recommended and then when I said go ahead with replacement of some original parts, I got another update call. They finished in one day and the car runs good as new. Thanks Meineke as that was a scary experience on the interstate!
