  • Cool people, but they installed the product wrong. I bought a passport 9500ci radar and laser shifter for $1600. Not cheap plus $500 labor charge, which I think is reasonable. The installer put the laser shifters behind a solid piece of plastic, and I know and the installation book says it needs a clear view of the road. I went back and told the guy what the installation book and my old installer told me. He disagreed responded I do all of them that way. I laughed went to Gmp and paid them $600 to fix it. I had a road trip planed with the family and I didn't need the frustration, I have 2 little kids to do that. I learned to leave the higher end stuff to the pros
