  • I can finally give this Best Buy a 5 star!! Yay! We went in to buy a 55" Samsung Smart TV and had a great experience. Gabe and Scott really worked with us to get us what we wanted here in terms of pricing and what we wanted. This made us SUPER happy. I cannot share the details of this, but we are totally happy with what we paid out the door (we also used our Reward dollars, which brought the TV price WAY down). We are loving our TV and commend Scott for really listening to us, working with us and meeting our needs, instead of letting us walk away to buy the TV at Costco. Listening to your customers' concerns and needs and doing the right things to help them really goes a long way. We were tired from all the house shopping stuff we needed to do that we did not want to deal with pain in the butt stuff. There was a little negotiating and stuff, but in the end, we are super happy and will continue to come back. We're now Elite Plus customers and that also helped, I believe. Thank you! Our TV is very beautiful.
