  • Sad but like many new car washes the customer service vanishes soon after they open. The place has gone down hill and doesn't deserve our business. Smug snotty kids operating the business who don't understand that getting your car washed is not a high point of the day. The policies change weekly and I was scolded about getting a wet paper towel when I should never have gotten one in the first place. Bought monthly memberships and was great for getting through the gate and getting in car wash. Now a "sales kid" comes out and tries to get you to buy an upgrade. I finally figured it out I have to act as if I'm buying a wash and it then reads my sticker. Now your lucky if the drying towels are out there, empty most of the time. Air hoses are out there but not turned on when they open. Guy with pink hair told me relax he would install the one where I was at in 10 minutes. I brought my issues to JR the GM who reacted very rudely. Were done
