I ordered the new mint mattress on Black Friday and got a message saying that expected delivery was between 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later I called to find out why my mattress was taking so long and customer service informed me that they were way behind on production and my bed wouldn't arrive until the new year which is actually more like 6 weeks. The customer service solution was that i go ahead and order their original mattress if i wanted it delivered on time (before Christmas)....if i wanted the original T&N mattress don't you think i would have ordered that one in the first place and not the new one? 2 weeks ago I emailed customer service and the owner to tell them how disappointed I was in their lack of customer service and communication. Never heard a response back. Wont recommend this brand to anyone and I regret ordering from them.
