  • I really regret living at Broadstone Element. The 4 months that I lived there were long enough. The apartment complex was covered with dog poop. They had doggie bag stations but many times they were empty and were not filled often enough. My biggest complaint has to do with the electric. The first month that I lived there my electric bill was $300. The unit that I lived in was less than 900 square feet and our AC was new more than 75 degrees. I talked to APS multiple times and they said the error was not on their end. I talked to Broadstone Element and they told me that a $300 electric bill is unheard of for their tenants. I have lived in Arizona most of my life, lived in bigger places and never had to pay so much. The whole time that we lived there our bill was outrageous and Broadstone did nothing about it. I wish I would have never lived there. It was a horrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.
