  • I am baffled by the negative reviews for this company. I have been relying on their service for years, at least 10 and probably 20. One particular instance was a very high-priced range/oven where the oven did not heat properly. I mistakenly called another company, and they told me it was the gasket, which they (sort of) repaired twice. The oven still did not work. I called Complete, and their tech tried a few adjustments. His conclusion was that I had received a bad unit. They called the manufacturer and arranged for a complete replacement at no charge. They saved me from all sorts of trouble. Another time, my dishwasher had issues. I called; they told me to check a few things, ,which I did and they concluded a pipe fitting behind the unit had burst over the cold winter. I asked them if they could replace it. They said they could, but when I told them the age of the machine they said it had probably outlived its useful life. They recommended a new model, which I purchased from Sears. They saved me a lot of time and waste by phone discussions, which made them no profit at all. By coincidence, today I believed needed a new gasket for my refrigerator. When I called, the manager suggested it was an adjustment rather than my purchasing the expensive gasket. When the serviceman came, he made the adjustment and the unit works perfectly. This company has saved me money time and again when they could have profited by my lack of knowledge. I have recommended them to my daughter, and I recommend them to anyone without reservation. Out of curiosity, I checked with the BBB and they are highly rated.
