  • The actual home inspection was completed on time with the full report. As for the billing, I was told the price was for three services, home inspection, RADON and termite. I paid the for the service over the phone to one of the employees and was told that I paid for the entire service. One month later, I received an email asking if my service was going to be paid at closing? I forwarded the email with my paid in full invoice to one of their employees. I was told that I owed for the RADON and termite service and I responded that the RADON service was on my invoice as paid in full. I received another email stating that I owed $89 for the termite service. I told them that I was paid in full and why would they add charges on after the device was complete? They called me every day and sent me email messages too! VERY unprofessional! I paid what they asked and MAYBE I could have found someone else to beat their $750 price for virtually 4 hours of work!!
