Showed up as a new patient and was informed that the dentist who would be seeing my children is not in the office. I was curious as to why I never received a call to reschedule, especially considering I took the day off to bring them. Just poor poor customer service, especially for a new patient. Guess I'll continue to make the 30 min trek back to the SW dentist that I've been taking them to for the last few years. Maybe I'm overreacting but they should have called to inform me of the change, rather than me driving there to find out. #frustrated
