  • I have known this stylist (Kylee Dyer) for awhile. I really enjoyed this place until the past week. I showed the picture of how I wanted my hair and afterwards it looked exactly the same as when I came in. Nothing like the picture I showed her. It seemed that the stylist didn't know how to do balayage. She didn't even blend or anything, it looked like there was roots growing out, nothing like what I showed her. I wish she would of told me that she isn't comfortable doing it before I paid $140 for a hair do that looks exactly the same. I told her it wasn't what I wanted and provided her the before and after picture of how similar it was and she said she had to charge me if I was to come back in. If she made the mistake I shouldn't have to pay for it, she should. I will not go back to this salon again. I really enjoyed it and loved Olivia Larsen and the other stylist but was very disappointed with Kylee and how she acted. A week later I went to a different salon and she did awesome and knew what she was doing and I even paid less. I will now be going to that hair salon and am never going back to Blossom.
