  • Visited this store to ask a Sprint technician a question about my new android. Was approached by a person that said he could help me. When I told him what I needed, he stated that I would need to delete everything and start over. I told him no, I would like to speak to a technician. "The technician is at lunch. He will return in 15 minutes". I waited 20 minutes .... no technician. Was approached again by first person, "let me see your phone and I will ask that person over there". I told him that I could ask the person myself. This person was 4 feet away :(... "no, he is busy... I will ask him". I told him I did not want to give him my phone and he walked away. Was very disappointed and frustrated that no one was able to help me. Appeared they were more interested in sales than helping long time customers. This is the first Sprint store where the employees were so preoccupied with shelfing and talking on the phone that they could not help customers.
