  • I was really hoping that this would be the only firearms store I'd be doing business with especially after reading all the great reviews, sadly I was disappointed. To be fair, the staff was friendly. I was called in a timely manner when my transfer came in. I was greeted when I entered, I was asked if I need help and lastly I was acknowledged after the transaction. Also the transfer went smoothly. Now on to the disappointing part. I was in a hurry to pick up my firearm because I could only pick it up during my lunch break otherwise I'd have to wait till Saturday to pick it up since their hours of operation coincide with my work hours and I'm unable to pick it up after work. I understand there is a transfer fee and taxes so when I heard the fee total it kinda freaked me out but I wanted my firearm and needed to get back to work. I paid and glanced over the receipt on my way out the door I figured I'd look at it in more detail when I get home, when I finally got home I did another look over the receipt and noticed that the transfer fee was higher than what was quoted when I initially contacted them; you can see in the pictures. It may not have been much but it's the principle of the business to honor prices that were given unless stated that prices may adjust due to whatever circumstances. I was really excited and wanted to continue my business with them as their prices for firearms are really reasonable but after this issue I don't want to go back to deal with them trying to get my money back. This is going to be my first and last transaction. Very disappointed.
