If you are going to open a butcher shop a few blocks from the West Side Market it better be good. This place hits all the marks and then some. Todd is really passionate about being local and really enjoys sharing his knowledge as it pertains to everything fresh and local.
I first heard of this place at a friends house who made us the best charcuterie board I've ever had. The meats and cheeses came from this place. And they make all their own meats in house. Everything is amazing.
I grilled some flank steak tonight and it was delicious. My daughter used some of the maple syrup we bought on her pancakes this morning. They source from fresh fork it seems to get other local gems from their network of other local farmers, bakers, etc.
