Had a chance to visit MARKET this weekend. Loved the whole white/black design where the bar area feels like a swank lounge and the white dining area has the feel of being invited into someone's kitchen for a home cooked meal. In the open kitchen, there is a giant fridge-like thing (but not a fridge) where they grow their own herbs & greens. Very cool. Food is local and very flavourful - I had the bison tartare. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.
