  • Worst experience I've had staying at a Crowne Plaza as an IHG member. My reservation was noted improperly so I was over charged (still haven't been refunded). The room was terrible. Old amenities, the furniture looks like its from the 80's, found bed bugs at the end of the week after noticing being bitten mid week. Cleaning staff told me they didn't want to clean my room because they had to catch the bus, management staff did nothing about this when notified, In room dining was over priced and tasted awful, and to top it off I slipped and fell in the shower because there was no rubber mat. I asked for one after the fall and they said they didn't have them. The only two good things about the stay were Shelby who worked the front desk was very polite my entire stay even though the hotel constantly fell short in all aspects and the young lady working the bar was polite and had good customer service as well. The managers of this Crowne Plaza need to be sent to San Jose California to see how a Crown Plaza is supposed to be ran.
