  • I called Appliance Works for a repair on my Kenmore washing machine. The tech arrived same day inspected the machine had the necessary parts, gave me a quote which I accepted. He repaired the door latch saying this particular model is very good and does not require servicing until something goes wrong. He also said to partially fill up the tub with water, open door put in some white distilled vinegar to clean out any built up 'stuff' i.e. link deposits. do this every 60-90 days. The tech has a terrific personality along with a very nice 'bed' side manner. Highly recommend Appliance Works
