  • My husband and I were in the market for a new bed frame. We had purchased our entertainment sectional at this location a dew years ago and have been pleased with our experience them so we came back! We were greeted by everyone as we entered. We were approached by Heather, a sales associate. She offered assistance and let us know of the current sales and specials. Heather did not hover which was nice because so many times the sales people can do that and it is super unpleasant! Heather was magnificent, when we finally decided on what we wanted she went above and beyond to get us our pricing and purchasing options. The credit application was easy and quick. When we had questions about interest rates terms etc she was uncertain about a few things but that was okay because she didn't make up an answer she simply said let me find out for you! The finance crew at the desk were very helpful toward Heather. They answered all of our questions and were very friendly. Angelina, Melina, D and Heather thank you all for making our buying experience a great one. We will continue doing business with The Dump. Great quality and outstanding prices!!
