  • I've taken the train from Chicago to Champaign-Urbana a couple times and I must say, this is one of the nicer and certainly cleaner train stations I've seen. The reason for my review, though, is not the transportation associated with the Terminal. I am writing to review the 4th floor, the location of my cousin's wedding reception this weekend. The Terminal (as far as I can tell as an out-of-towner) is centrally located and easy to get to. The top floor rooms are clean and the walls of windows provide lovely views of U of I and downtown Champaign (especially at sunset!). In addition, the catering service was attentive and the food was terrific. All-in-all, I would recommend the Terminal as a good place to host a nice event.
