  • We have lived here out of convenience for several years and has gone from ok to worse. From loud, ever-changing neighbors (snowbird rentals to just rental idiots), to un-respectful neighbors, constant dog barking, lack of picking up their little critter craps everywhere... It does not end! HOA management (The Management Trust) is aware based on numerous complaints, but are apparently incapable of doing anything, if your able to reach anyone (I have never had an answered or returned phone call or response of any kind.) Even at that, they do no follow up on any complaint or concern regarding safety. Several condos have been broken into by anyone who can follow a car through a gate. No security to speak of, aside from very inept rent-a slobs that check the pool (periodically) at 11 PM, to kick the youngsters and such out that play their music (which is not allowed or wanted, as well as boozing 'til sunrise.) Gait rarely works and is useless to prevent non-residence folks from entering and braking into you condo, WHILE PEOPLE ARE AT HOME! As I type this, our neighbors dogs below, as well as next to us consistently bark or whine all day. Once again, no response from the HOA regarding the complaint. Did I mention the HOW president is only here for approx. 6 months out of the year? Otherwise he is 3000 miles away in Jersey! If I have anything good to say, The grounds are "generally kept in good condition. There is a daily (M-F) full time general keeper (Tony), that is amazing and diligent at his job. He seems to be the only one that takes pride in what he does here! Kudos Tony...
