  • Van cargo area smelled very strongly of cat pee, that also appeared in the cabin soon after departure. Had to double wrap our two sofas in plastic wrap to avoid transferring the smell, which also permeated to the cab. Staff were unapologetic and tried to bill extra for fuel based on their arbitrary fuel level system. Luckily the gentleman at the desk resolved this extra charge. Make sure you inspect (and sniff) the vehicles well before use. Price was reasonable but experience is miserable.
