  • DO NOT COME HERE. Last June, I was having severe foot pain and was pretty sure I had fractured or broken something. The Doctor who came to see me informed me that I most likely had nerve damage - no x-rays or anything. She sent me to do physical therapy for a few weeks. I trusted her; She's a doctor and I had no reason not to trust her. A couple weeks in, the pain in my foot was significantly worse and I could not walk on my foot. I went back and explained that I was in severe amounts of pain and she did an x-ray to "prove the pain was in my head". While doing the x-ray's, the lady taking them was pestering me about not being pregnant and wouldn't stop talking about how I would be killing a baby -I kept trying to tell her it would be very impossible for me to be pregnant (lol) and I told her at least 10 times before she would stop. Less than 2 minutes after my x-ray's were taken, the doctor came in and said nothing was wrong and basically told me to suck it up. I was so angry and I knew something was wrong. I ended up going to a foot specialist the next morning who took x-ray's and showed me the x-ray's because I had BROKEN my cuboid bone in my right foot. When I told him what happened at the Urgent Care, he called them and asked them to send over the x-ray's they had done on me. They somehow "lost" them. They're lucky I didn't sue them or report them to the Better Business Bureau honestly. This is a sad excuse for a medical practice of any sort - DO NOT COME HERE.
