rev:text	I never give anyone ONE star, but the two guys who came to my home to pack up my belongings into a Budget truck were complete fools. They broke SO many items: - 7 wine glasses ($10 each) - almost a FULL set of fine china broken - a full length mirror ($99) - cracked my headboard - and SO many more things that I can't even think to name I'm so angry. These guys were acting like it was a race and not caring about my fragile items. They would not listen to what I had to say or what I wanted them to put where (because it makes sense to put things in a certain order. They did not pack the truck correctly at all. They asked for their "gratuity" 3 separate times. When one man broke the mirror, he tried to pick up the pieces and instead of going to the trash can, which was BESIDE him, he strolled over to my neighbors beautiful lawn and dropped the broken glass over her fence. WHO DOES THAT?!?! When I asked him about it he said "it's just glass, relax." Seriously - worst experience of my life. I'd rather move all by myself than ever have this company touch my belongings again. Response to Carrie A.: I have messaged you and sent in the form I had to have NOTARIZED as proof you fools broke my items, like the pictures of your means carrying the boxes of things that were broken weren't proof enough. I mailed it last week and I highly doubt I will be receiving any compensation for my EXTREMELY broken items. I had to buy a new bed because the headboard cracked in half and it wasn't a "little" problem that could be fixed with superglue like someone in your office suggested to me to do.
