I brought my dog in because she had a cut on the right side of her chest with a black spot in it. I thought it was a tic. It was sore and she would not let me touch it. The receptionist took my dog to another room. The "doctor" came in and told me my dog had a uti (uinary track infection). I asked about the cut and he said that it was an inverted nipple. I told him several times she has a cut on her chest and he kept telling me it was an inverted nipple. He kept asking me dumb questions trying to convince me that my dog had a painful UTI, diagnosised with no blood test or swab test. Time for the potential bill...with the 23 items listed on the bill, everything from blood work, urinalysis, radiology, exrays, shaving her, miscellaneous...lol!, and 3 shots (antibiotic, pain killer, and something else) it came to $1388.25. Lol! The female assistant told me the bill was so high because it was an emergency room. When I told this assistant I would take my dog to the vet tomorrow she then tried to convince me over and over again that it needed to be taken care of now. Then she starts with "I'm only thinking of how much pain your dog is in". I think its appalling that your staff would take advantage of animal lovers in distress over there animals (family) injury or illness. I do not recommend.
