I have been an old Navy faithful for years but that ends today. I had the nastiest experience with customer service rep and misleading table placement for pricing. I thought i was buying jeans for half off and i was actually buying the only jeans in the entire area that were not included. There was no disclaimer on the table that i could see. My mistake.
So i was in line and the price came up to be twice as much as i expected and when i asked, the lady rolled her eyes and mumbled that they were on sale, $5 off... And this was after i had apparently bothered her by being the next person in line. All in all, I'd be fine if it was just explained, but the eye rolling, condescending, complete lack of any courtesy, complete lack of any customer service training and abysmal service means they can keep my money but they will never get my business again.
This was atrocious enough for me to actually take the time to write them review. I generally stick to positive reviews because i like promoting places. So, congratulations.
I was so stunned that i just paid and left after the rudeness. I didn't want to stall the line any more and cause a scene, but that was truly an awful experience.
