  • Dr loring Jacobs himself is ok. I have some rare conditions that he knows nothing about or doesn't care to learn about. He just refers me to the specialist. The office staff who checks you out are very rude and crabby each time I have gone. While waiting to check out I can hear them talk badly about patients and constantly complaining of their job and how busy they are. Them all seem miserable and hate their jobs. One lady at other desk who checked me in was kind. Due to the staff I will be looking to go elsewhere
