  • I REALLY want to give Bar Louie a higher rating.....because they have so much potential and because the menu is very good. But: - good service is not consistent - food quality can also, sadly, vary... The rice from our rice and beans side dish was undercooked. Really undercooked. - also, don't know how to interpret this....but we ordered for take out and the portions are the same price, but absolutely, notably smaller
