  • This place is located at The Lakes on Sahara. The staff are very friendly and remembered my name on my third visit. It's decorated very chic, has cool music in background and is very clean. I came to see Heather, a Physicians Assistant, because of the good reviews I read on Yelp. I've been getting injections for over 10 years and in different states. The first visit was a 30 minute wait which was upsetting because I was only trying to do this during my lunch break. Anyway, Heather took me back and chatted with me. She listened to my concerns. I told her I wanted to try Dysport because I had not tried that one yet. She steered me towards Botox and that's what I ended up with. She said Botox was $350 which included touch ups. The areas I wanted were my forehead, crows feet, between the brows, an eyebrow lift and a little bit in the lines above my mouth. After a few pricks she was done, she said to give it 4-5 days to see results and 10 days for a touch up. After a few days I noticed my left side of lip dropped down further than my right. My eyebrows fell below the brow bone and my eyelids were now on my eyelashes. Not only did this not look good but it has been very uncomfortable. I still had wrinkles in my crows feet area and between my brows. I called to go back for my touch up and when I went in to see her, I explained all this. She listened and after a couple pricks I was on my way. The touch up did absolutely nothing for me. I was exactly the same. The problem was too much Botox in my forehead. I called for a third touch up which I have never had to do in my years of getting injections. Heather listened and applied more into my crows feet. Clearly no more was needed in my forehead. She said she would refund my money since I wasn't happy with the results and was very kind through the conversation. We spoke about a different kind of treatment I was thinking about and she said if I wanted, she would take $350 off the other treatment. I met with Amber whom was extremely nice and super sweet. Amber went over the procedure and than I told the front desk about my thoughts before leaving. After I thought about it, I called to tell them I was skipping the other procedure and just wanted the refund. The office did not give me any hassle and took care of it, which is why I am giving it 4 stars.
